Job summary

Givaudan is seeking a Sales Support for Fine Fragrances in Manila to back the sales team across a mix of coordination, administrative and market-insight tasks. You will prepare fragrance samples, organize shipments, arrange customer meetings, and assist in events and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, marketing savvy, and fluency in English within a fast-paced luxury environment. You will interact with Key Account Managers and a broader Fine Fragrance team, contributing to market

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fragrance samples for meetings, presentations and evaluations.
• Organize shipments and manage courier services for timely deliveries.
• Schedule customer meetings and coordinate room prep and materials.
• Support event planning, venue coordination and logistics for internal/external events.
• Raise purchase requests and track orders and payments.
• Maintain fragrance library and manage fragrance oils and samples.
• Prepare monthly APAC Fine Fragrance Wins presentations and assist sales/marketing materials.
• Monitor market trends, gather consumer insights, and support project processes.
