You will manage the trade lifecycle, risk controls, client service delivery, and lead a high-performing team in fast-paced capital markets environments. You will partner with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to drive process automation, governance, and continuous improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence across FX,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trade Management / Post-Trade Operations within Capital Markets.
• Strong Senior Stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Expertise in operational risk, controls, governance, and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record in process automation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
