Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a senior leader to oversee post-trade operations across APAC trading activities, including FX, money markets, fixed income, and derivatives. The role involves managing the trade lifecycle, risk controls, and delivering excellent client service while leading a high-performing team.

Collaborating with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, you will drive process improvements, automation, and governance to support fast-paced markets in a global firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trade Management / Post-Trade Operations within Capital Markets
• Experience leading and developing operational teams
• Strong knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and trade lifecycle processes
• Expertise in operational risk, controls, governance, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record in process automation, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
