Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service experience in a call centre or relevant role
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Patience, empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in the financial and technology sectors via multiple communication channels
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Process transactions and account-related requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
