Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Software Technical Analyst to join the Finance & Treasury Systems team. The role supports a SOX-compliant infrastructure and enterprise-wide financial reporting systems, with a focus on data governance, operational support, and continuous delivery.

You’ll work across a global environment, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to implement fixes and deploy new functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, IS, or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience with at least 3 of the listed technical areas.
• Experience with agile and DevOps, CI, and related practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL4 and ServiceNow.
• Experience in ERP tools (Infor Lawson, SAP).
• Hybrid work setup in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City (3x onsite).
• Willingness for any shift schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance & Treasury teams to streamline delivery of new value.
• Support and enhance complex Finance & Treasury systems for financial reporting.
• Ensure production reliability and delivery of new functionality.
• Support non-production and production operations and fixes.
• Coordinate with support teams and vendors to implement changes.
• Participate in rotating schedules including weekend deployments when needed.
