Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation seeks a Software Technical Analyst to join the Finance & Treasury Systems team, managing a SOX-compliant infrastructure and ERP interfaces. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience with at least 3 listed technologies.
• Experience with agile, DevOps, CI, and ITIL4/ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting ERP tools (Infor Lawson, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance & Treasury to accelerate value delivery through software, infrastructure, and services.
• Support complex Finance & Treasury systems in a large client/server environment.
• Maintain production reliability and deliver new functionality.
• Support non-production and production operations and fixes.
• Work with support teams and vendors to implement fixes and changes.
• Rotate schedules to meet global team and weekend deployments.
