Job summary

AutoStudio Philippines Corporation is seeking an Accounting Officer – Financial Statements to prepare, review, and maintain timely financial statements in alignment with company policies and accounting standards. The role ensures accurate recording of transactions and compliance across reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will manage reconciliations, support month-end and year-end closings, and collaborate with other departments to provide financial information for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Record, review, and monitor accounting transactions for accuracy.
• Perform regular account reconciliations including bank, receivables, and payables.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare adjusting and correcting journal entries when necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain financial information and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure reports are prepared and submitted within deadlines.
• Assist in audit requirements by providing records and schedules.
