Job summary

Gothong Southern invites applications for the Senior Management Trainee – Financial Risk Management. The role supports the Financial Risk Management Department in insurance, claims, contracts, fixed assets, and risk-related processes, providing hands-on exposure and leadership development.

You will review claims, coordinate insurance, monitor renewals, and assist in asset management while upholding internal controls and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or risk management.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in contract management, insurance, claims, risk management, or asset management.
• Customer management or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review claims investigation reports and monitor resolution progress.
• Coordinate insurance claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor insurance policies and renewals for cost efficiency and adequate coverage.
• Assist with procedures for monitoring and managing fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies and internal controls.
• Review contracts to identify risks and protect company interests.
• Analyze assets usage and risk mitigation options.
• Identify financial and operational risks and suggest mitigation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance, claims, contracts, and assets.
