The Senior Management Trainee – Financial Risk Management will support the Financial Risk Management Department in managing the company’s insurance, claims, contracts, fixed assets, and risk-related processes. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to financial risk management and develop the trainee’s capabilities for future leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review claims investigation reports, findings, and recommendations, and monitor the progress and resolution of claims cases.
• Coordinate and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring timely action and proper documentation.
• Monitor insurance policies and ensure timely renewals while considering cost‑effectiveness and adequate coverage.
• Assist in establishing and implementing procedures for the effective monitoring, control, and management of company fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Risk Management policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and ensure the company’s interests are adequately protected.
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations related to asset management, utilization, and risk mitigation.
