Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university preferred, with Latin honors if possible.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, including FX, fixed income, economics, and investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present insights clearly.
• Passionate about a long-term career in financial markets, particularly in Investment Sales, Treasury and Trust Banking.
• Demonstrates learning agility, discipline, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is advantageous, especially in client-facing roles or financial product selling.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for roles engaging regional or offshore clients.
