Borland Development Corporation seeks a capable Senior Financial Reporting Supervisor to lead the accounting team in ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. The role requires CPA certification and a strong foundation in financial reporting, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.

Based in Novaliches, Quezon City, the position offers opportunities to mentor staff, optimize workflows, and contribute to the company’s regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 2 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the financial reporting team, ensuring timely completion of reports, assignments, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance and attendance, provide guidance and training, address work-related issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting policies, tax regulations and company procedures, coordinating resources and supporting the team to meet operational needs.
