Responsibilities

• Managing GL Team & accountants to ensure timely delivery of financial reports and adherence to quality standards
• Compiling financial reports for external and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring reports comply with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
• Ensure stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors are provided with information for timely review and ensure appropriate action is taken from the feedback received
• Coordinating and managing audits by external auditors and ensuring the audit process runs smoothly
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Evaluating, developing, and administering accounting systems/new ERP and practices that comply with GAAP, and bank regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization
• Ad hoc support for related accounting/reporting inquiries, finance, tax, and treasury.

Qualifications
