Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or a business-related field.
• 2–3 years of financial reporting experience.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on month-end closing experience.
• Experience with accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.

• Hands-on exposure to month-end closing.
• Experience with accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliation, and intercompany accounting.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a client-facing environment.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
