Job summary

Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) branch in Mandaluyong City invites a Senior Associate Accountant (FP&A / Financial Reporting) to join our finance team. You will support financial reporting, planning, and analysis across functions, deliver timely reports, and maintain data integrity.

The role requires 2–4 years in FP&A or financial reporting, strong Excel and ERP experience (Power BI, SAP/S4 Hana a plus), and ability to work with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• With 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting or General Accounting.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial results, management reports, compliance reports, and operational dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze data for consolidated reports.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain complete and well-organized supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
