Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liquidate corporate credit card transactions daily; spot-check documents and correct errors.
• Review liquidation and billing in Concur and EDOL; verify against policy limits.
• Obtain approvals from Manager and Head; forward to accounts payable.
• Process reimbursements and cash advances; prepare documents for approval.
• Onboard new cardholders by preparing enrollment forms and coordinating with BPI Cards.
