Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to help with reconciliation, refunds, reimbursements, and query resolution. The role supports the operations team in delivering efficient service to clients and providers.

The successful candidate will assist in documentation, reporting, and ongoing process improvements under the Operations Support Lead, ensuring compliance and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an associate degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Experience in collections or accounts receivable is beneficial.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial transactions and claims with internal and external records.
• Process refunds and reimbursements in line with policies.
• Serve as help desk contact for operational/billing inquiries from clients, providers, and staff.
• Investigate and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records of transactions and generate reports on metrics for the Operations Support Lead.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
