Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare finance, billing, managed services, or enterprise service delivery
• Strong experience with contracts, billing processes, and revenue governance in healthcare settings
• Understanding of how clinical delivery, documentation, and billing intersect
• Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, finance, and client-facing teams
• Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and escalation judgment

Responsibilities

• Define and govern billing triggers, documentation standards, and invoicing workflows across Corporate Health services
• Ensure alignment between service delivery, documentation, and billable scope
• Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies that impact invoicing or collections
• Actively identify and eliminate sources of revenue leakage
• Own contract onboarding readiness and renewal discipline
