The role collaborates with multiple departments to prepare budgets, monthly financial statements, ExCom presentations, and dashboards while driving reporting accuracy and process improvements for strategic decision-making across all properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management is preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial performance of all Filinvest Hospitality properties on a monthly basis against key business metrics.
• Prepare budget versus actual cost analyses for periodic reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly Executive Committee (ExCom) presentations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (budget and actual) and analyze for mid-year reviews and annual budgets.
• Prepare consolidated balances and other reports required by the parent company.
• Collaborate with Finance Department leaders to support departmental goals and objectives.
• Respond to inquiries from hotel management and corporate stakeholders regarding financial results and reporting needs.
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights to support financial targets and business objectives.
• Support report automation initiatives through dashboards for budget, actuals consolidation, and performance analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data accessibility.
• Assist in implementing reporting tools and systems that improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Recommend best practices for financial reporting, data management, and business analytics.
