Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Functional Logistic Leader to drive SAP MM/SD implementations across global projects from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support. You will lead cross-functional teams, map business processes to SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, 8+ years in SAP deployments, and 5+ years in logistics/supply chain domains, with a customer-centric approach and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• At least 5 years of domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of business processes from a customer perspective; translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• SAP MM and/or SD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in SAP MM/SD implementation and support projects; manage tasks and progress for PM and stakeholders.
• Analyze, map, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP MM/SD solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and test SAP MM/SD functionalities per project needs.
• Identify gaps, issues, and risks; define workarounds or permanent solutions with stakeholders.
• Serve as a key contact between business users and technical teams for alignment.
• Manage change requests, urgent fixes, and transport for high-priority issues; maintain docs and test results.
