Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a Market Finance Manager (Record to Report Manager) to oversee end-to-end R2R activities for a market, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and governance within a global automotive organization.

You will lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, manage reconciliations and statutory reporting, partner with local finance teams and auditors, and drive automation and process improvements while developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent preferred).
• 6–8 years of finance experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services or multinational organizations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage market-level financial reporting, reconciliations, journals, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with local finance teams and auditors as the primary finance contact.
• Collaborate across OTC, PTP, Tax, Treasury and other finance functions.
• Drive process excellence, automation, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop finance team members with coaching and performance support.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and internal controls to manage risk.

Our Finance Global Business Services team is seeking a Market Finance Manager (Record to Report Manager) to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Record to Report activities for an assigned market or cluster, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while supporting business growth, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage market-level financial reporting and accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation activities, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with local finance teams and auditors as the primary point of contact for financial reporting, compliance, and audit-related activities.
• Collaborate across finance functions including OTC, PTP, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders to support end-to-end finance process delivery.
• Drive process excellence and transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop finance team members through coaching, workload management, and performance support while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to ensure operational excellence and effective risk management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 6-8 years of finance and accounting experience, ideally within Shared Services, Global Business Services, or multinational organizations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial reporting tools.
• Proven experience managing financial close and reporting processes in a complex business environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience within the automotive or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a matrix and multicultural environment with a strong partnership mindset.
