Indie Campers is seeking a results-driven Booking and Roadtrip Sales Agent to join our Manila team. You will engage with prospective and existing customers who showed interest in booking a campervan or adding extras, while reconnecting past customers for new adventures.

A passion for travel and sales will help you thrive in a dynamic, remote-capable environment. You will perform virtual consultations, upsell insurance and add-ons, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to maximize conversions

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and online tools.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Booking and Roadtrip SalesAgent to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers who have showninterest in booking a campervan but did not complete the process, or customers looking toenhance their existing bookings with add-ons, extras, or insurance. You will also reconnectwith past customers, encouraging them to embark on another unforgettable adventure withus. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers identified through commercial leads who havenot completed their campervan booking online.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers who have existing bookings buthave searched for extras, such as insurance, additional kilometers, or other services,to encourage them to finalize the purchase.
• Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago, (both first-party andthird-party campers) to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.
• You will conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to presenttailored options that meet their travel needs.
• Develop strong connections with customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, andfoster loyalty for repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and provideregular updates to the sales team.
• CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups, salesactivities, and outcomes in our CRM system.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer serviceindustries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly presentoptions and build rapport with customers.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online communicationtools (Slack, Google Workspace).
• Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions thatenhance their experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress,and meet deadlines.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or managing long-term customer relationshipsis a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
