Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements monthly.
• Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies.
• Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements.
• Develop and establish all accounting policies for banks.
• Provide financial reports as requested by senior management.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Provide recommendations.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
