ATRIUM OF MAKATI CONDOMINIUM CORP in Makati City is seeking a Payroll/Finance Coordinator to manage payroll, remittances, and financial accounts for the corporation. You will handle banking transactions, prepare statutory reports, and support overall finance operations.

Qualified candidates have a BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with knowledge of banking operations and government regulations, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable about banking operations and government regulations.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to report onsite in Makati City.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly Payroll
• Prepare Monthly Remittances for BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig Fund of employees
• Prepare Annual Information Report of all employees (Income Tax w/held)
• Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable of the Corporation
• Compute and prepare Statement of Accounts for Service Facilities Fees and Rentals of every Tenants
• In charge of Bank transactions
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

About you
