Job summary

Telework PH is seeking a customer service professional in Bulacan for full-time billing support. You will handle emails, chats, and calls, provide quotes and invoices, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will also organize feedback, update knowledge bases, and monitor performance metrics. The role offers a base salary around ₱23,000 per month with allowances and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of FINANCIAL customer service experience (calls).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Financial hardship experience.
• Experience following internal policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle changes in processes, systems, or regulations.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming support communication: Email, chat and phone calls.
• Provide billing support to new and returning customers (quotes, invoices, contracts, payment processing).
• Organize product feedback and feature requests as we continue to improve our platform.
• Make notes of outdated support materials to improve self-service.
• Ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.
• Meet and exceed daily performance metrics related to KPIs.
