Job summary

Boomering is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our international eCommerce client team. You will own the finance function, partner with leadership, and build scalable processes across multiple entities while ensuring compliance with Australian taxation and reporting standards.

You will lead the offshore finance team, manage integrations (Xero, Cin7, Shopify), and deliver actionable insights to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualified (or currently completing).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore finance function and build scalable finance processes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary.
• Maintain reporting with Fathom and dashboards for KPIs.
• Manage budgeting, cashflow forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance with Australian tax.
• Oversee A/P and payroll, and mentor finance staff.
