Job summary

ANZ in Makati City seeks a Finance Controller to safeguard financial information, drive efficient reporting, and support the Future of Finance initiatives. The role emphasizes strong governance, automation, and continuous improvement within a centralized, country-agnostic setup.

You will deliver month-end outputs, manage journals and reconciliations, and partner with onshore teams while pushing for standardized controls and data quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA preferred with experience in finance services.
• Solid financial control and reporting knowledge in financial services.
• Experience presenting finance matters to stakeholders and driving improvements.
• Experience with automation or data analytics tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accounting and reporting services for onshore teams with timely financial and regulatory information.
• Manage end-to-end centralized processes (journals, reconciliations).
• Develop process expertise across statutory, reporting and controls functions.
• Ensure quality at source via strong process controls.
• Support centralized data sourcing and standardized processes within Insto team.
