Job summary

ANZ Global Services and Operations (Manila), Inc. seeks a Financial Control Associate for Insto Ex-Markets in Makati City.

You will safeguard the integrity of financial information by delivering accounting, reporting, and balance sheet control activities within the Manila Finance team. Key duties include ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting accounting policies and internal controls, and delivering timely month-end outputs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance and Commerce or equivalent degree.
• CA or CPA with proven experience in Finance services roles.
• Solid working knowledge of financial control within a financial services environment.
• Experience in presenting finance matters to stakeholders.
• Experience with automation, data analytics, or digital tools such as Python, KNIME, VBA, Power BI, Alteryx is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group's accounting policies and internal control frameworks.
• Maintaining the integrity of financial information through accurate, reliable, and timely reporting.
• Supporting ANZ's Future of Finance agenda through simplification, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Embedding a strong governance and control culture across all activities.
