Job summary

The Joy~Nostalg Group seeks a Financial Reporting Officer to support end-to-end close across hotel, property, leasing, and restaurant businesses. You will ensure IFRS/Philippine GAAP compliance, prepare consolidated and entity financial statements, and assist with audits.

Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams in a shared services environment to drive accuracy, control integrity, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA beneficial.
• 2–5 years in financial reporting, GL accounting, or audit.
• Experience in shared services, hospitality is an advantage; IFRS/Philippine GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multiple entities.
• Record GL entries in line with IFRS/Philippine GAAP and prepare trial balances.
• Support internal controls, audits, and remediation of deficiencies.
• Collaborate with hotel, property, leasing, and restaurant finance teams for reporting.
