Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a finance professional to support daily operations and lead month-end close activities in GL and accounting.

You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, support audits and internal controls, and ensure IFRS compliance. Strong Excel and ERP skills, including Oracle Fusion, are preferred; weekday OT during closing may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in GL, financial accounting, operational finance or audit.
• Good knowledge of month-end closing, reconciliations, IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
• Willing to support weekday OT during closing periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.
