Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent required (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a BPO, call center, or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer and vendor contracts for revenue/expense recognition.
• Prepare cost center reports and analyze revenues and expenses per client/campaign.
• Generate comparative reports on fluctuations in financial figures.
• Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and prepare adjusting entries.
• Provide insights through financial, operating expense, and revenue analysis.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and audit processes.
