Cloudstaff in Pampanga is seeking a Financial Analyst - Capex to join our team in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. The role is office‑based with a morning shift in the Philippines, offering exposure to capex accounting, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in management accounting or financial analysis, strong Excel, and modelling skills, plus familiarity with PeopleSoft, Maximo, or Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Desirable knowledge of PeopleSoft, Maximo or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close.
• Prepare capex related journals.
• Prepare opex accruals for infrastructure related capex.
• Collate Timesheets and post journals.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support forecast projections.
• Load Capex projects for approval.
• Maintain capex project attributes in Peoplesoft.
• Low Value Pool processing and analysis.
• Prepare asset capitalisation and disposal forms.
• Support Transactions.
• Processing of FX invoices.
• Support processing of AUD invoices.
• Managing overdue invoices reported by suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

• Month End Close
• Prepare capex related journals
• Prepare opex accruals for infrastructure related capex
• Collate Timesheets and post journals
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Support forecast projections
• Capital Support
• Load Capex projects for approval
• Maintain capex project attributes in Peoplesoft
• Low Value Pool processing and analysis
