Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst – Capex to join our Finance team in Angeles City. You will support month-end close, capex project tracking and transactional processing.

The role requires a tertiary accounting/finance qualification and at least five years of related experience. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, with familiarity in Peoplesoft, Maximo or Power BI considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, business partnering or financial analysis roles.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close: Prepare capex journals, opex accruals, collate timesheets, post journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and forecast support.
• Capital Support: Load capex projects for approval, maintain capex attributes in Peoplesoft, low value pool processing and asset capitalization/disposal forms.
• Support Transactions: Processing of FX and AUD invoices; manage overdue invoices.

Role 1: Financial Analyst - Capex

Key Accountabilities

• Month End Close
  • Prepare capex related journals
  • Prepare opex accruals for infrastructure related capex
  • Collate Timesheets and post journals
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support forecast projections
• Capital Support
  • Load Capex projects for approval
  • Maintain capex project attributes in Peoplesoft
  • Low Value Pool processing and analysis
  • Prepare asset capitalisation and disposal forms
• Support Transactions
  • Processing of FX invoices
  • Support processing of AUD invoices
  • Managing overdue invoices reported by suppliers

Qualifications and Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related dicipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, business partnering or financial analysis roles
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Desirable: knowledge of Peoplesoft, Maximo, Power BI or similar systems/software
