Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across manufacturing, logistics, and overhead costs. You will manage period-end closing processes, ensure accurate expense mapping, and produce timely insights in Power BI and Excel.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate accruals, monitor variances, and archive data for audit readiness. A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least four years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Financial and data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Admin cost and variance tracking; ensure proper ledger mapping.
  • Generate daily expense transactions during closing periods; reconcile and reclassify as needed.
  • Review expenses, accrual reversals vs. actuals, and perform re-accruals.
  • Reconcile SG&A data across JDE, BPC, and FAH; monitor variances.
  • Analyze shrink, usage variance, inventory provisions; monitor postings.
  • Validate completeness of accruals and perform high-level trend analyses.
  • Data review and consolidation during period-end closing; archiving.
  • Post-closing: reporting, action tracking, and monitoring via Power BI.
  • Data archiving and document management for audit compliance.

Job description

  • Manufacturing (MFC), Logistics (LOG), Sales and Admin (SGA), FTE and cost (OSL, OT%), Production output, inventory related such as usage variance, inventory provisioning), fuel prices
  • Generate daily expense transactions (MFC, SGA, LOG) during closing periods (M+1 to M+4, M+6).
  • Ensure accurate mapping of expenses to proper ledger accounts
  • Identify reclassification requirements and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Review expenses, including accrual reversals vs. actuals, and ensure appropriate re-accruals.

  • Upload and maintain accurate datasets in local Power BI tool.
  • Monitor financial and operational variances and ensure timely follow-through on corrective actions.
  • Track and support resolution of issues in flagged locations (e.g., shrink, rework, aging).
  • Maintain and update FTE and OSL movements (hires, resignations, transfers)
  • Ensure proper tagging of A&P expenses by category in the monitoring file and Validate marketing activity phasing against recorded expenses
  • Maintain and update actual expense tracking by segment and type
Data Archiving and Document Management
  • Support data archiving activities to ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Financial and data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
