Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig is seeking a finance professional to support IT cost centers' close activities and budgeting processes. The role focuses on end-of-period closes, forecasting, and reporting, with emphasis on capital entries and data analysis.

You will partner with the FP&A team to deliver variance analysis, monthly reports, and actionable insights for senior management, requiring strong communication and consolidation tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with at least 4 years FP&A experience.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream or other consolidation/reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Global manufacturing experience preferred.
• Amenable to work in Pasig, Mid-shift.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities for IT cost centers, including capital entries review.
• Support monthly and annual forecast as well as annual IT budget.
• Leverage analytical and system knowledge to organize and analyze large data sets.
• Partner with FP&A team to provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Produce monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
• Communicate risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
