• Manage inbound/outbound calls regarding customer accounts and overdue balances.
• Negotiate viable payment arrangements or settlements and follow up on commitments.
• Handle billing concerns, verify payments, and process adjustments or refunds as needed.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date transaction logs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Aim to meet personal and team performance targets (QA, adherence, collections).
