Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
2–3 years of accounting experience (AP, finance ops) or similar.
Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP and E-Automate preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Process and review accounting transactions per policies.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances.
Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and ensure internal controls compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.
Utilize ERP and accounting systems including E-Automate, SAP.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
