Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (AP, finance ops) or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP and E-Automate preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and review accounting transactions per policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure internal controls compliance.

What You Will Do:

• Process and review accounting transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances and discrepancies in a timely manner

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance operations, or related accounting functions
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Experience using ERP systems; E-Automate and SAP experience are highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
