Job summary

Beepo is seeking a Financial Accountant to support accounts management, financial reporting and compliance for a full-service outsourcing business. The role focuses on owning AP/AR, month-end close, and producing timely financial reports for leadership.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging cloud-based tools like Xero, CIN7 Core, Shopify and DEXT, with opportunities to contribute to commercial decision-making and process improvements. Clark, Pampanga office-based role.

Qualifications

• Ideally CA qualified, with solid post-qualification experience in a hands-on accounting role.
• Confident across the full month-end cycle and Australian compliance (BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Payroll, Superannuation, WorkCover)

Responsibilities

• Own the accounts inbox, including the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and payments
• Run the daily and weekly sales reporting and commentary
• Own the month-end and year-end close process including balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare timely, accurate monthly financial reports and analysis, and help pull together performance reporting for leadership
• Prepare compliance reporting including BAS, PAYG, Payroll, Superannuation Payroll Tax and WorkCover
• Prepare data analysis to support commercial decisions

About the role

Qualifications:

• Strong reconciliation and general ledger skills, with an eye for detail and a love of clean books
• Comfortable in a fast-paced growing business with an ability to draw commercial conclusions from broad data sources
• A clear communicator who can translate finance for people who don't live in spreadsheets
• Ideally experience with cloud-based Retail/Ecommerce systems such as Shopify, CIN7 Core, Xero and DEXT
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or an omni-channel business is a bonus
