Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a PMO Manager to lead Finance Asia transformation initiatives, partnering with FP&A, IBS leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined governance and measurable business outcomes.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, track value realization, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• 8+ years in project/program management, transformation, or shared services.
• Experience leading Finance end-to-end transformation projects and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Finance Asia transformation programs from planning to implementation.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans with milestones, owners, risks, and success measures.
• Drive day-to-day execution across Finance workstreams and ensure timely decisions.
• Maintain governance routines, status updates, risks, and executive-ready reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations to align on priorities and outcomes.
