Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience with transformation exposure.
• Strong experience in finance transformation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP implementation or optimization.
• Proficiency in Power BI and financial reporting/dashboard development.
• Knowledge of finance governance, controls, and process standardization.
• Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, FMCG, or multi-site organizations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and business performance.
• Review and streamline finance processes, policies, and workflows to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Support and/or lead ERP/SAP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reports to provide actionable financial insights.
• Strengthen finance governance, internal controls, and compliance across business units.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders in implementing process and system improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor project implementation, assess results, and ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Provide recommendations to management on finance processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Excellence Manager is responsible for driving finance transformation, process improvement, and operational efficiency across the organization.
