• Experience in ERP implementations across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A processes.
• Ability to design To-Be processes aligned with best practices.
• Experience enabling GBS/shared services and outsourcing models.
• Strong governance and service-delivery framework design skills.
• Proven ability to build business cases and ROI models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is assessments across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A processes.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design To-Be processes aligned with best practices.
• Support TOM design across people, process, and technology.
• Enable GBS/shared services and outsourcing models.
• Define governance and service delivery frameworks.
• Functional SME in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Develop transformation roadmaps and ROI models.
• Conduct maturity and feasibility assessments.
• Execute SIT, UAT and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Enable reporting and governance improvements.
