Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Transformation Analyst in Cebu City, Philippines, to support Finance Transformation within the Record to Report organization. The role focuses on simplifying accounting processes, improving controls, and driving transformation across Xerox and Lexmark in a multinational shared services environment.

You will partner with Accounting, R2R, Finance, technology, and other teams to deliver sustainable improvements and accurate financial reporting, leveraging BlackLine and SAP tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience.
• Involvement in accounting transformation initiatives such as migrations or system changes; knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience configuring or optimizing finance systems with SAP/BlackLine familiarity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills with a transformation focus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state accounting processes and automate or simplify activities.
• Design future state processes aligned with accounting policies and system capabilities.
• Support month-end results, financial analysis, and reporting; optimize BlackLine and SAP.
• Contribute to transformation projects including migrations and operating model shifts.
• Track adoption, benefits and risks of transformation initiatives.
