Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an experienced R2R Reporting Analyst to support the Record-to-Report function and deliver accurate financial reports. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely information for decision-making.

The position is part of a newly established Reporting Team, offering opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Financial reporting experience in multinational or shared services environments.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ERP/GL systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting needs.
• Support reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business reporting requests.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and standardization within the newly established team.
