Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, seeks an experienced Senior Accounting Manager (R2R) to lead Record to Report operations with oversight across teams, entities, and regions. The role focuses on consolidated balances, close governance, and complex accounting matters, while driving transformation and AI adoption within the function.

The position offers leadership of Accounting Managers, cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders, and a path to shaping global finance

Qualifications

8–10+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership of multiple teams.
Deep US GAAP or Country GAAP expertise and consolidated balances.
CPA or equivalent qualification; M&A integration or NewCo carve-out experience is a plus.
Experience with SOX, audit strategy, and escalation of complex issues.
Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP and consolidation architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounting Managers and teams with coaching, performance calibration, succession planning, and talent management.
Oversee accounting activities across multiple entities, regions, or R2R process towers and consolidate balances.
Provide governance for financial close activities, SOX and audit strategy, and escalation of complex technical matters.
Represent Finance with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead large-scale transformation and standardization programs with executive-level reporting.
