Job summary

Datacom is seeking a senior accounting leader to drive accurate financial reporting and team performance within a hybrid Manila-based role. You will supervise reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and month-end close while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions.

The role emphasizes mentorship, process improvement, and implementation or evolution of accounting systems, with a focus on robust internal controls and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• Experience leading a high performing accounting team.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in challenging situations.
• Involvement in implementing or evolving an accounting system.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and evaluate multiple factors.
• Strong judgment in selecting methods and criteria for results.
• Frequent interaction with diverse stakeholders and team members.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
