Job summary

TRT is seeking a Finance Leader in Angeles, Philippines to manage the workloads of the entire finance team and oversee reporting, KPIs, and weekly meetings. You will partner with other departments and executive management to ensure accurate financial statements and cost accounting practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting with proven leadership, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and creatively to achieve company goals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workload for the entire finance team.
• Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.
• Liaise with other departments and executive management.
• Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.
• Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements.
