Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• Over 5 years in a Finance/Accounting shared service or BPO with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in intercompany accounting, financial close, and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Solid understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound technical judgment and resolve complex issues.
• Experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages intercompany month-end close compliance and JE review/approval.
• Coaches and mentors a team of accounting professionals.
• Drives remediation of control gaps through root-cause analysis.
• Leads process improvements and standardization across business units.
• Provides audit support and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
