Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant Finance experience in FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, Reporting, or Shared Services.
• Experience with reconciliations, close-related deliverables, or financial reviews is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support FP&A monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist in close activities, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews.
• Lead FP&A and Controllership activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks, process improvements, and documentation.
