Job summary

Stretch Distribution Inc. is seeking a Finance Supervisor to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and controls. The role leads accounting staff, coordinates month-end and year-end closes, and supports management with strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, with 3-5 years of experience including supervisory experience. Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred or equivalent certification.
• 3-5 years progressive accounting/finance experience with 1-2 years in supervision.
• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle or similar ERP software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling).
• Strong knowledge of local tax, auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, GL.
• Review disbursements, bank reconciliations, petty cash.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/year-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ensure adherence to PFRS/IFRS and corporate policies.
• Oversee tax compliance and filing.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate finance staff.
