We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to join our global team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data and actionable business insights, driving system enhancements and providing high-level technical support across our global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of internal systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards using Advanced Excel and Macros to support global stakeholders.
• Technical Documentation: Utilize MS Visio to map out workflows and create comprehensive technical documentation and process flows.
• Global Support: Manage and resolve system-related issues via ticketing platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with international counterparts.

Technical Requirements

• Automation & Data: Proven expertise in VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros to automate manual tasks and manage large datasets.
• Ticketing Systems: Experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or JIRA.
• Technical Writing: Proficiency in MS Visio for creating technical diagrams and documentation.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
